SHIPPING + RETURNS
 

Hi! if you’re reading this page you’re either ready to place an order and looking for all the fine print, or something has gone horribly wrong (hopefully the former).

When it comes time for shipping, we ship most items via UPS, unless noted on the product page or special arrangements have been made. We try to have everything shipped as soon as possible, but we do have the occasional delay, waiting on parts to arrive - supply chain isn’t what it used to be - or if we have to send out products for service (powder coating, fabricating custom parts, etc.). If we do happen to experience any delays, we will notify you right away.

For returns or exchanges, there is a 30-day return period. All shipping charges (to and from) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us prior to returning your item(s) for an authorization number. We can also provide a return shipping label. We prefer using PayPal for payments, since they do not charge us if we issue a refund. If you placed an order by accident, or changed your mind before we shipped your order, a full refund will be issued. That being said, not everyone uses, or likes, PayPal, so we now offer Stripe (our options are limited by Squarespace) as an alternative payment service. Unfortunately, Stripe’s policy, in most cases, does not refund transaction fees. If you used Stripe to make a payment, we will attempt to get them to refund the fees, but if they won’t, a refund will be issued minus their processing fees. So, please use PayPal if you can.
*Note: Custom designs and items with painting/staining selections may not be eligible for return.
**Some items use repurposed or salvaged parts. If an order is placed and no selection has been submitted, we will attempt to contact you up to four times. If we do not receive a response to these requests, we will ship out the best available option(s). Unfortunately, if this in the case we will not accept returns. We may accept exchanges on a per case basis.

In case of damage, first off, we would like to apologize if your item(s) arrives damaged. It’s not a great feeling when something you ordered and are excited for shows up broken. We’ve all been there and it really sucks. We do our best to package everything safely, but sometimes it’s out of out hands. If there is damage, please contact us right away. All items shipped are insured so if there is damage we will file a claim. We will work with the carrier to have the order picked up and will have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. *We may need images of the items as well as the shipping boxes/packing materials for UPS, so please save everything if you can.
